During this time of COVID, if requested, we will be wearing face coverings and gloves while cleaning.

$80 for one-bedroom apartment cleaning up to 800 sqft including one Living area, one Kitchen, one Bedroom, and one Bathroom for regularly scheduled biweekly cleaning is typical.

$120 to $175 for larger homes with two or more bedrooms, living areas, Island kitchen and two bathrooms per cleaning would be a starting point.

WE SUPPLY EVERYTHING

We provide all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your home.

One-time-only cleaning or first cleaning will be a higher rate. Move IN/OUT cleaning starts at $200.

It is not necessary for you to be present while we provide your cleaning service. In fact, the majority of our customers are not at home while we clean. You can leave a spare key for us that we will keep in a lock box or provide a garage or door code.
